Dedicated freelancer with strong PHP and JQuery skills. (min 3 years experience)

We are looking for a PHP developer with at least 3 year experience. Most of the work is PHP / Jquery / HTML / MySQL. The freelancer need to be dedicated to the job. Companies please do not bet as we looking for a dedicated freelancer. We work in weekly programs so offer for 1 week of work (10 hours a day / 5 days a week) This project will be work for arround 14 to 16 weeks. (please bet for 1 week of work as we pay weekly!)
