ASP - Ajax - Search Results Area 1(repost)

Hi- I am seeking a skilled ASP and Ajax programmer to work on a user area of our site that is used for searching projects in Mysql database and displaying results for user to view. Structure is very simple. It would operate similar to a frames page. Their is a heirarchy structure with main categories listed across top bar, and when clicked, sub-categories are listed in horizontal bar below it. When categories are selected, TITLES of projects that are currently registered in the database will display in a left vertical column. Now for the part that needs fixing/changing. Currently, when users click a Title, the content/text for that project displays in the main right area of the page, BUT the whole page refreshes and resets to top, making it difficult to keep track of what title they are on. Its not user friendly or fluid as users search title by title. I need it to operate like a frames page. The Left Title Column should be its own scrolling column, independent of the right side of page. When Title is clicked, the content/text for that project is pulled from the database and viewable in the right/main area. That area displaying the project info should be its own scrolling frame so that it can be scrolled to read without having to scroll the whole browser page. There are about 6 sub-pages (asp files) in this search area that function like this and need to be changed as described. Please only bid if you have good experience and ratings in this type of work.
