ASP.NET 2.0 C# Application

We are seeking highly-qualified developers to assist on an ASP.NET 2.0 (C#) project. This project will begin on May 5, 2006 and must be completed by June 30, 2006 (that's 8 weeks.) If you or your team can assist with some, but not all of the application, please indicate which features you will or will not be able to assist with. We may use more than one individual/team and will be using internal staff as well including a dedicated project manager that will keep the project moving and will be your only point of contact during this project. We will favor bidders that have the ability to complete the entire project (but may not award the full project to a single coder/team depending on a number of factors including cost, experience, our internal team availability, etc.) Use the Private Message Board to communicate with us at this stage (pre-bid or comment); do not attempt to place a bid until we have provided you with the detailed specifications. You must first be pre-qualified. You will need to confirm that you (or your team) meet the Basic Requirements and agree to the Project Requirements in the attached Word document. Once we receive this confirmation along with your credentials/resume/bio/experience. We will refine our list of candidates for this project and provide detailed specifications to those we believe meet our needs best. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Note that you must submit full source code and project files weekly for this project so we can perform code review and catch problems (and inadequate progress) early. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET 2.0 on Windows XP Pro/2000/2003
