ASP .NET & Silverlight Web Design

I am looking for a website to be written in? ASP .NET 3.5 (C# or VB .NET will be acceptable) - which provides information about my training services.? I will need the ability to update my own content after project is complete (As my content changes all the time).? I will need EXCELLENT SEO implemented within the site.? Also, a? nice Silverlight animation on the front page. I will need to see a portfolio of work - graphic design experience is a big plus.? I already have a site on the internet and looking to see if someone can "out perform" my best efforts.?
