ASP code problem using cookies and bookmark function

I have a web stats app using cookies. i use [login to view URL] to retrieve user details and then enter data to database. Then, use bookmark function to retrieve the record inserted into the database and do Response.Cookie. First time opening web page, receive "Either BOF or EOF is True..." error. When access page a second time receive "Changes to table not successful becuase they would create duplicate values in primary key" error. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done ## Deadline information Need this issue resolved today.
