ASP.net /MS SQL Auto create tickets from check list items project

This project is? to create an ASP.Net application with VB.Net (visual Studio 2005)Behind code that will be used to auto create service tickets in a ticket system with a SQL 2005 database, With specified configurations attached to the ticket. Each ticked created will also have a time entry linked to the ticket assigned to the user creating the tickets. The service tickets will be created by a user selecting check list items and submitting the selected items. The check list items will be organized in to two groups (Monthly and Quarterly). An Admin user will be able to create check list items and they will be dynamically displayed for a user to submit items for a client on another screen.
