ActiveX Scalable ComboBox

I need a custom ActiveX ComboBox component that I can use in any of my web pages. The functionality I need is exactly the same as Visual Basic’s ComboBox, except that I need to scale several aspects of the ComboBox and its drop-down box (as well as the drop-down box's scrollbar and its two buttons and slide). I think that this ActiveX control will need to be developed as a "new" control, possibly in C++ (or similar language; not VB), to achieve the ability to scale the width of the scrollbar's two buttons and slider (see attached screen shot). I have already tried two approaches that failed to produce the ability to adjust the width of scrollbar's two buttons and slider: 1. Using [login to view URL], which will scale the font of the ComboBox's textbox the drop-down box elements. 2. Using an ActiveX control that is based on VB's ComboBox. Please do not bid without proposing how you expect to accomplish the ability to scale the width of the scrollbar's two buttons and slider (see attached screen shot). Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
