Affiliate Marketing Software

I am looking for affilaite software to produce static html pages. This would take data from merchant sites. I want to capture data from the merchant and reproduce it on a template I create and add a tracking code to the purchase button. I will get into more detail to whomever is interested in the project. Does not matter what language it is programmed in, as long as there is a user interface and a database to house "raked" information.
