All in 1 freelancing website, 5 Magical coders needed?

Hi dude, A good chance for you to work with a great man. What's the worth of creating an all in 1 freelancing website. I mean, I wanna create a website which will have all the functionalities of guru , odesk elancer and freelancer . Any suggestions are welcome and please give me a detailed reply with you bid on this topic. All tell me what's you planning with the website and how's this project proceed. I will choose those persons who are capable of doing this for me and swear that they will never republish the things which they create.
