Chat for two;

Hi, we wold like to create an app that will work like a chat only for two users. (one couple ) will be something like the couple app ([login to view URL]) the user can send message from device with android iOS and web browsers. one user can change the other user things like: background, and other objects. the app will have an setting to configure some things like : sound, notification, vibration, etc the app will have only one page , with some objects that can be remote control from the other user. also there must be an server app that will manage the messages and the objects actions. also we need that help to put the app on appsore an google play. we need the source code. we need some one that have experiences with mobile chat. thank you mihai
