Create New Imail Domains Remotely

The goal of this program is to be able to create new Imail Domains on a remote server. The program must work with IpSwitch Imail Server version [login to view URL] or above. Would prefer to be able to integrate whatever solution that is created into our exsisting admin system which is written in ASP and is web based. We would prefer not to install IIS on the mail server but we will not rule out that option if the solution is good. The program should allow us to completely duplicate the features of the admin interface that allows for adding new domains. Specifically what we are looking for is a small application that will run on the mail server and take input from our web based system via http post or xml. It should return back a status message of success or failure. There must also be some sort of security config built in so that the system will process input only from specific IP addresses or username/passwords.
