C# Web Service To Purchase Movie Tickets (Ignyte)

We need a WCF webservice writtien in C# in [login to view URL] 2010 that can be passed the name of a U.S. theater, a movie title, and a showtime and then purchase a movie ticket for that movie at that theater and return the electronic ticket via PDF. Individuals or companies submitting bids will first need to research all possible solutions and then select the best option, explain that option to us and the cost to build it. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BIDS unless there is a well explained solution provided along with the bid.
