correct ??? display

have asp script with sql dbase. Display of data when in english i fine. When i write other language it saves to dbase as ??? and displays it as ??? need this corrected have many pages that some display right and some doesnt .. i want to know how it was corrected as well In some forms, if i enter language other than english i get errors .. so need to fix these errors by making it accept other languages.
