database backend site

I am looking for someone to redo all the asp work + access database or sql for [login to view URL] WHat i need is this in Point form: **Artist Sign up:** artist can sign up, validate email(this will also athorize them), if artist want to sell their music they need to specify a paypal account email. Which will be confirmed by requesting few random cents from the aritsts account and they have to type the ammount of cents in to get SELLER account. **Main engine:** List of all the loops in categories similar to the current website but with a new look. **Paypal System:** If someone uses the BUY button on an artists loop, the $ gets sent to my paypal account. If the trasaction was SMOOTH (must check with paypal using their IPN system) then 80% of the $ gets sent to the Arits somehow ( maybe the ammounts get QUED and it emails me and tells me to send this much to their account or something, or gives me a link to PAY them certain ammount) **ADMIN:** I will be able to add, remove, edit artists, categories, loops, news. **VOting:** Each loop can be VOTED on from 1-10.. and users cant vote more then once .. thats about it.. could be done in Ultradev or dreamweaver MX, thats what i made the current website in .. take care ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
