Boonex Dolphin Upgrade + Mobile Development

Tight Deadline, with work needed on the Boonex Dolphin platform, as well as a middle layer for users between a WordPress website and Dolphin, including responsive design and CSS3/HTML5 for mobile. We are currently accepting proposal to develop improvements to our Boonex Dolphin based social software package. We are looking to improve the usability of the entire website features & functionality, while adding a CSS3/HTML5 component for our mobile users. Outlined within the project scope of our RFP, are all requested features. Your proposal must include all of these features without exception, unless you are able to provide an alternative approach resulting in the desired outcome. Candidate will be chosen on 7/6/13.
