Build Outlook Backup Program

We require an extremely user-friendly application creating that will enable a user to backup their Microsoft Outlook settings. The application should be similar to "Outlook Backup" from BackRex software - [login to view URL] - this program however is relatively incosistent and does not always do a good job of storing the settings. The application should use a wizard-style interface to allow the user to backup their mail accounts, mail folders, contacts and address book, tasks, notes, calendar, journal, signatures, message rules, stationery, personal settings, as well as preferably Internet Explorer settings, including proxy and connection settings, security zones, user customizations, cookies, history and favourites. It should support Outlook versions 97, 98, 2000, XP and hopefully the new 2003, and allow you to switch between different versions of Outlook. It should be extremely stable. The backup procedure should create one simple backup file, which can then be used with the wizard to "restore" to another computer. An installer may also be required.
