COM ImageMagick Wrapper

We need a COM wrapper around the Freeware ImageMagick graphics library ([login to view URL]) suitable for using within both VB and Delphi. The object should expose as much as possible of the original API. Although VC++ would be the preferable language, we would also accept Visual Basic solutions. It would be preferable for the images to be modified to be taken from disk and also from a VB Picture control (although that is not essential). The coder is expected to be responsible for downloading and compiling the latest version of the library, prior to encapsulation with the COM wrapper. A DLL is preferred over an OCX Control. ## Deliverables The deliverables include: 1. All source of the COM object. 2. Informal, but detailed steps the coder has taken to compile the source, and the version of the libraries used. This is required to allow any subsequent rebuilds/modifications to be completed with the minimum of fuss (This will be tested before the project is signed off). 3. Complete copyright on code written by coder. 4. Complete and fully functional ActiveX object. ## Deadline information The maximum bid level reflects the view that this should be a relatively easy project to complete since all that is required is a wrapper around existing and well established library existing code.
