C++ PROGRAM TO CALCULATE AND PRINT EMPLOYEE PAYROLL NUMBER

Write a program to calculate and print Employee's payroll data. It needs to store the employee's firstName, lastName, birthDate(a Date object) and departmentCode(an int). There are four types of Employee: HourlyWorker, PieceWorker, Manager and CommissionWorker. The HourlyWorker is paid by the hour with "time-and-a-half" for hours in excess of 40 hours per week. The PieceWorker is paid a fixed rate per item produced for simplicity and you may assume this person makes only one type of item, so the program should display the number of items produced and rate per item. The Manager gets a fixed wage per week. The CommissionWorker earns a fixed weekly base salary plus a fixed percentage of that person's gross sales for the week. Assume the payroll is processed once per month. Your program should calculate the payroll for each Employee (polymorphically), and a £100.00 bonus to the employee's payroll amount if this is the month in which the Employee's birthday occurs.
