A super-smooth scroller( Horizontal and Vertical)

Hi Coder, I need a super-smooth( both vertical and horizontal ) scroller activeX control much like we see in CNBC channel's share market index ticker. I have one with me which has developed in VC++6 ( thr isn't any problem with what development environment you use) but the problem with that is i cannot give mixed font text or mixed color text in that. I need a scroller that can scroll richtext format context smoothly. I am using VB6 for my development purpose. As such it should be developed as an activex component so that i can use in my VB6 projects. I need it within a Month. That is why i mentioned earlier that it should be super-smooth when scrolling both vertical and horizontal.
