Advanced Website Developer Needed

Hi, I want to make a Advanced Website like http://mmdcash.com. It's a CPA based Website that people can earn money with CPA. This website have their built in Tracking system and Real time stats for each users. A users can see their own Stats that how much they earn and how many unique traffic ration etc. Also, this website is using their own tracking URL that if a user used to generating a sales from using the [login to view URL] offers then the user balances will automatically added the fund via the Tracking URL. That's what I want to made. I want to made like the same all of the features with a new Website. I don't know how you will be made this and what I need? Let me know if anybody experience web developer can made this for me.
