Build me a Zoho creator simple data app

I am looking for a Zoho [login to view URL] specialist who can do a simple app for me. The app is for pricing requests and simple invoicing. I have made a small app myself but it is not working at 100% potential. I want to do a simple form based system where I have several fields and the system should keep track of all fields etc.. Here is a simple example: I have 3 main stages: 1: send pricing request to supplier 2: manualey put in info in system or send a link to the supplier to fill in the pricing for us 3: have the system add our profit to the price and send an invoice to our client.
