I need to give my client access to a certain part of the website so they can edit it. Website is HTML/CSS, nothing complication. It is a restaurant that need to have ability to change the weekly menu, it's basic text and image embedded in CSS and tables. Once the system is created we will take it from there with entering the details. Our budget is very low as this is part of an non-profit organization.
