Car Listing Template/Website

I need a Professional Web Developer to design a Car Listing Website for me, with an Admin back-end (panel). I need exactly the same website as the one below: [login to view URL] Scope of Work: =========== The website will focus on different varieties of cars listed by car dealers around the country. (1) A car dealer who wants to advertise his car(s) will visit the website, by filling an online form (sign up form) and submitting images of the car he/she wishes to list on the website. It is only the Site Administrator that will APPROVE the listing after payment verification. (2) The website will also feature an online store where buyers can buy cars directly using their mastercard/visacard/paypal and/or any other payment method that we will describe. (3) The car(s) listed for the month will expire after 30 days (weekends included), and the listing will automatically be unavailable for buyers to see, but will not be deleted from the database until the seller (car dealer) renews subscription for the listing before it will be published back to the website for buyers to see. (4) There should also be a login and signup panel for the car dealer to sign up and login BEFORE listing any vehicle. (5) VEHICLE covers all motorize equipment, be it Powerbike, Car, Lorry, etc. (6) Ajax scripting should be used for gallery/displaying of car images without loading extra pages. (7) I will supply all required information needed for the development of the website.
