Capturing Data from another website and Insert into OSCommerce database

I need to automate and online store to capture all relevant data from a supplier website .. i.e product information, description, image , category and price and update an online shop changing the price .. this will also need to check every week for new products and whether a product is still available or not and also check the pricing .. Pricing may be worked out according to simple equation or may be worked out by percentage depending on category .. e.g category 1 , the sale price may be an additional 10% of purchase price while category 2 may be 5 % .. also if price is < $500 then 15% markup and if over $1000 then 10% markup ( for example ). currently this site has more than one supplier all with online ( password protected ) pricing , and the systems they use differ in how they operate .. but we aim to start with one supplier and then gradually implement for all suppliers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
