Certificant Database required

Hi, currently we requires a credentialing system for adhd coaches. We seek to use open source technology that will: manage the application process, manage subscriptions (certification requiring renewal in 3 years), publish a directory, and allow certificants access to edit profile (of directory). Currently we use Joomla as the framework for the website. We are looking at Moodle as a way to manage the application process, but need integration services to fulfill the other requirements mentioned above: Our primary need is to design and build an applicant/certificant database with the following features: - subscription capability - editable by login - integrated with Moodle database - integrated with a member pro database working knowledge of Moodle is essential. (The project requires access to fields gathered by the Moodle courseware program. However, it is not absolutely essential to know Moodle specifically as the table of fields is found in mysql as seen in the attached pdf file). thank you
