Delphi 5 software improvement (code name EP3)

A software program needs to be improved. This software has been written in Delphi 5, and handle a set of dBase files. The software is near to be released, but however some things are missing. We are searching for a coder with good Delphi 5 knowledge in order to finish the software. Please read attached details about this project.
