Access Database Requires Testing

I made a Service Level Reporting database for a company that offers up to 300 services which its customers can sign up for. Each service has set days of the week and times within these days that it should be available, along with a target service level (percentage) of this time the company has promised it will be available. The database imports a number of files from the company's exisiting system: 1. Incidents - A list of incidents that have happened. 2. Services - A list of services the company offers. For each service, the import file specifies the days of the week and the time periods with these days the service is required to be available. It also specifies whether the service is required to be available during public holiday periods. The database normalizes this information into 2 seperate tables. My database gives the facility for users to specify the times each affected service went down, for each incident. The user can generate a report which returns the service level acheived between any 2 dates, it is this feature that primarily needs testing. This report compares the times each service went down to the the times it is required to be available, as specified in the imported services csv file. It compares this to the total number of minutes that the service was required to be available between the dates specified, to give the actual service level acheived. It takes into account public holidays and whether or not the service is required to be available on public holidays. The database as it stands has about 8 tables. The person that takes on this testing task must a) have Microsoft Access 2000 b) specify there experience in software development, c) specify there experience of relational databases d) be available for me to talk to them by voip, e) have a good grasp of the English language so i can communicate the requirements to them.
