Calandar of Events Website

We are looking to create a basic calendar of events website. The site consists of an underlining events DB and webpages for either admin of events or presentation of events as well as graphic/logo and look and feel design. This should be about 10 pages and an underlining DB. Specifically, 1)New events [login to view URL] events will have from 10-20 data elements (Time, date, place, etc..) [login to view URL] will be input on a form with several mandatory fields. c. Once updated in DB they will be evaluated and if acceptable activated for viewing on events calendar portion of the website. 2)Calendar of events a. This will be the main/home page of the site. It will list events and will be sortable (or filtered) by Time, date, event type etc. b. It will have a link to add new events (1) above c. It will have a link to sign up for receiving notification on future events d. Results will default to scroll down page in chronological order. e. Google maps available when event clicked on f. Links to static content webpages and to other resources 3)Admin functionality a. User login access to admin pages b. Basic pageview stats c. List of events and details d. Ability to check or approve/unapprove listings 4)Other functionality a. Email webmaster whenever new events are submitted b. Turn on and off ability to receive new events This is a proof of concept for a much larger project to expand and create a local community around the subject matter local to a specific geographic region. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Standard compatibility with web browsers including IE, Firefox, Safari Access DB
