Client Login and management System

We are devloping a new render mangment pipeline, we have done all local development which works with the rest of our 3d pipeline. We our now wanting to offer the services of our renderfarm to anyone via the internet. We are after website backend, that has the following features: -Client Creation/account creation page -Client Pages were they can upload .zip files to a specific file structre -The ability for them to be able to check on the progress of there renders -The system has to be portable, and easy to move to new systems -Also billing/quote page and the implementation of our pricing algorythm There the basic features were are after. We will pay well for the coder who can deliver. We would also idealy want the job to be turned around in 2 months. We would also like the development to done in python as it is what we use already. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The backend must be run on a standard webserver - Linux with appche etc... It must operate throught all of the standard browsers.
