Coder that knows DZOIC Handshake Professional

I am looking at using DZOIC Handshake Professional to launch my Social networking site on [login to view URL] (Yes I own this domain). This project is based on raising human potential to the highest levels possible both in the form of life mastery and world influence. I need someone who can assist me with installing and managing DZOIC when I need to customize the design templates, etc. I need to create a good design design template (I believe it's based on Smarty templates) and we might need to make a few programming customizations. Whoever works on this site is going to be making a great contribution to the world. I want people who understand the value of what we're trying to do here.
