Custom SilverStripe Theme using my logo

This is a simple project for an experience SilverStripe coder. I need a theme designed around the attached logo. Theme should match the color scheme in the logo and should be professional. Logo should be present on all pages. All bidders should create an example using the logo provided and upload a image or pdf so I may choose best approach. (Feel free to watermark) ## Deliverables Coder is expected to either install theme or instruct me on installing myself
