This is a simple 2 part request for someone with experience with RSS news feeds.
PART I:
======
I have several RSS feeds that I want to display within an HTML page. I need someone to write the code to parse the RSS feed and the code to display the feed in my website as HTML so the search engines will be able to pick it up.
I'd like an ASP function that loads the specified RSS formatted xml file, load a style sheet and return an HTML table.
The style sheet can be CSS or XSL.
The style sheet should match the current styles on the website: <[login to view URL]>.
This means:
- NO Javascript
- NO PHP
- NO frames
- NO I-frames
Here's a sample of an incoming news feed:
I will give you the actual feed when the project starts.
PART II:
======
I also have several of my own news feeds that I want to be able to give publishers and other websites access to. I'd like a web page that displays the feeds in a box and displays the code for them to copy and paste on their website.
In addition I want a style sheet that can be used to change the default formatting to whatever the webmaster wants.
This can be Javascript that runs on their webpage and accesses an ASP file from my website.
Here's one of the news feeds:

Please reply with details or examples that show that you know how to do this.
