De-Dupe Excel Spread Sheet

Object of program is to remove all records that contain duplicate data. Spread sheet to have multiple columns. User will specify one column. Coder must allow user to select column. Columns will have column(field) names. Data can be either numeric or alpha. If more than one record is found to contain duplicate data in this ONE column the program will delete the record, leaving only one record with this data. It does not matter which record is deleted. Program must properly handle and delete multiple dupes. For example if there are 5 records with the data 65654738 appearing in the selected column, then the program should delete 4 records. Meaning that all 4 lines ( records ) should be deleted. It does not matter which of the 4 are deleted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform WIN2000
