asset tracking web application

We have a website that needs a back-end database application, to be written in MySQL/PHP with SSL. This application will include three security levels: administrator, financial partner, and client. It will include approximately 3-5 data entry pages for clients; administrators will be able to view all client data and set permissions for financial partners who can only view specific clients. We have this project spec'd out but ran out of time so we need this fast--within the next week. Speed and accuracy are most important to us right now. Account information will include standard account data (phone, email, address, etc.) as well as about 25-40 data fields on retirement planning and about 3-5 financial data fields that will be updated on an annual basis. Clients will see a main account information page and the annual tracking page will be separate, in a grid format. Account info may be split into 2-4 screens for ease of navigation. We have these pages styled and built statically in HTML/CSS although they will need additional fields added (we will provide full database schema). Administrator view will include option to view client data for individual clients, update if needed, and reset passwords. Also there will be a function to export data to CSV, either individually or in batches. A few fields may be added together or have a little logic to make final selections but there won't be anything more complicated than that. The process will update a status field on the client data so that a given year's data cannot be changed after the export takes place (unless the administrator resets it). Lastly there is an online application where the client enters this information, it gets stored to the database, they make payment thru a credit card gateway, and then the account is activated once payment is posted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Website pages will be formatted to our design specs and built within the HTML/CSS framework already constructed(we already have all the design completed and a graphic designer who can handle any html/css updates that might be needed). ## Platform This needs to run on a LAMP hosting environment, written in HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL/AJAX/JavaScript. Pages must work with Internet Explorer 6 & 7, Firefox, and Safari.
