camping ranch

php/mysql only. no windows programming. I need a web site for a camping ranch. I will need a contact page, home page and a reservations page. I will add the about us page and map page later. when a person makes a reservation through the web site, it will process the credit card and send a message to the owner. he already has a merchant account. It would probably be best to have a calander on the site so people can see what days they are reserving and we want to make sure that if someone reserves a cabin, that they will have the same cabin throughout their stay....unless otherwise notified when they make the reservation. right now there are about 25 cabins but more are being constructed as we speak. I will need to be able to add those to the rental inventory through the admin panel. There are also camping spaces for tents.....and a charge for them to bring horses will need to be added. they can choose how many horses they want to bring. I will provide the pictures for the graphics. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php/mysql only. i have a linux server. no windows programming
