clone website

I am looking for someone who can supply a working clone of [[login to view URL]][1], [[login to view URL]][2] or [[login to view URL]][3] They have inventory upload functions for customers (inventory sent on CSV or Excel) that can be easily uploaded at the customer end. The websites also broadcast emails to registered users (want to buys and or want to sell formats). The broadcasts stay on record for 5-10 days the inventory for about 30 days. There are search facilites that search part no , part description, company details, locality etc... The website will need it's own email sender as my host email server has an email limit of 250 emails at a time. I can do the html page lay outs and art work. Please supply prices or ask questions. Please don't just say that you can or would like to do the work. Many thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
