css layout problem

here's the job description: produce the [login to view URL] file neccessary to lay out the given [login to view URL] with given background image such that: * the image is the background image of div "main", positioned left bottom * the main div: ** has a left, right, top and bottom margin of at least 12 px, always ** has a maximum width of 1000px (which is the width of the image) ** has a maximum height of 700px (which is the height of the image) ** has a minimum width of 530px ** has a minimum height of 550px ** is always centered horizontally (such that left margin equals right margin) * the produced [login to view URL] file is valid css according to [login to view URL] * scrollbars are only visible when viewport is smaller than minimum height and/or width * it works in firefox, ie5+, opera and safari * implemented with least possible amount of hacks * (potential) content of main div won't break the rules above Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
