A directory website to be built within an existing site and also include article and press submission features

I am interested in creating a directory system similar to ([login to view URL]) that will be incorporated in our existing engineers’ website. The basic purpose of this directory will be to allow engineering companies to post their profiles, providing them with an interface which will allow them to make updates, payments and submit articles, and press releases. The Design The page designs should resemble the overall look of our existing website. The headers and footer code and css will be provided to you if need be. Summarily, what we would like to get includes the following 1. Designed preferably in php 2. A database application providing storage for all the data within the website 3. The directory home page should include a list of the recently added companies as well as alphabetical and categorical listing of all the companies. ??" This should be automatically generated 4. Each category will have its own pages with companies in that category arranged alphabetically 5. An admin panel to administer and approve all entries 6. An application for customer to buy ads 7. Each company will have their own page with details. 8. Ability for the website to send automatic messages to the users 9. Directory homepage should be highly interactive and nicely designed 10. Each company’s press releases should appear on their page once they have been approved 11. The (directory) homepage will carry the top articles and newest press releases 12. The ability for users to create their own categories or select from pre-defined categories 13. An ecommerce application which allows members to renews and track payments. This should also allow us to process payments on a regular basis 14. The flow and entry should resemble [login to view URL] but have as many entries as shown on our current directory Please provide us with example of similar work you have done, and a plan of how you plan to do this design. FYI: The existing website is EngineeringDaily.net. We just want to create the directory outside of wordpress. We are currently using [login to view URL] but that is not meeting our needs.
