AlbumView Flash Widget

We are looking to have a Flash Widget created for our webcam site that will display the active/live cam models in an iTunes style albumflow view. Example: [login to view URL] Requirements: - We will need it to pull from live/active models on the site (10-15 max) using XML - The images in the 'albumflow' should be a screencap of the live Flash stream. - The center item on load should be a live flash stream of one of the online models. - 30 seconds in to stream 'click here to go live with model' mouseover appears - 2 minutes in converts to solid banner - background color needs to be customizable - Small load footprint - The ability to include an affiliate refid
