Basic Flash Program

We need a Flash expert to code a simple embeddable program ("widget") for our video show. Most of the work is already finished; the program will be built using our video player and some images that we will provide. There will be two versions. Here is the design for the "Show" version: [login to view URL] Here is the design for the "Clip" version: [login to view URL] Here are the main points: 1) The full screen icon on our video player should be removed, and the size of the player adjusted. 2) We want some pop-ups that will pop up after the buttons and logos are clicked. [Note: We already have the basic code for this, because the pop-up for the "SHARE" button on the "Clip" version is finished.] 3) For the "Show" version, we want new 'SUBMIT NOW!' and 'SHARE' buttons. Also, please write "I read it!" in your message. This will allow us to take you more seriously over other candidates, as it shows you have actually read this description. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) It is solely the Buyer's discretion to accept or reject any or all final work. Buyer has the right to cancel the project at any time if not 100% satisfied. ## Platform Both versions of widget must be glitch-free across all major browsers (such as Explorer, Firefox, Safari) and systems (such as Windows & Apple).
