Cartoon Character Development w/ Flash

Create character development of the attached pictures as cartoon characters. The logos (KT and RP) must stay in place with the eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth positioned above the logos. The gender should be neutral as they will be portrayed as both male and female. The characters should have arms, legs and hands as well. These characters should be created using Flash and should have simple movement of arms, legs and mouth positions as well. We also will need colorful backgrounds for each character - since we are not sure what will work best - we seek your ideas and samples for the vivid backgrounds as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
