SKILL WANTED: He has to be expert in Web Design, PHP, Flash, Joomla, OsCommerce, (Opptional - Graphics Design, Photoshop, Logo Design, Banner Design, *Because, i think an expert web designer have to know those subjects) Duty: * You have to check you GAF mail 3 times a day. (Every 8 hours once GMT +00:00, GMT +08:00 AND GMT -04:00 ) *After having a project from me, you have to work from GMT -04:00 to GMT -11:59 (each day of that project till the project complete) PAYMENT: Easy/Small site = $50/site Simple/Midium site = $80 I will pay you for every 5 website design. For example, when you made 5 midium site i will pay you $400.
