I am in need of a PHP page that will do the following: 1. Read a csv file - the csv file will have a few columns on it. a. column 1 - audio file name b. column 2 - text content of the audio c. column 3 - audio file language d. column 4 - audio file location e. column 5. empty f. column 6 - empty g. column 7 - empty 2. Once read, the page will provide a list of the audio file names with a player button next to each name and the text content for the audio file listed 3. The user will listen to the audio file and compare it to the text content listed. 4. if the audio matches - they press a green button and the csv file is updated with a "1" for column 5 - on the appropriate row 5. if the audio does not match - the user is provided a text box to list the issue found and a "0" is provided on column 5 with the issue identified in the text box preserved in column 6 for the appropriate row. 6. The format (extension) for the audio could be .wav, .ulaw, or .mp3 and this should be preserved in column g - the page should be able to play all three formats. 7. The text on column b many be one of 30 languages but mostly English or Spanish. The page will need to be able to handle special characters from those languages.
