A Website with eshop functionality included

This project is about creating a website. The site should use Joomla or Drupal engine so to be FA S T. WP is also welcome if you can gurantee that you ll make it run fast. Site Specs: - Membership with different access levels. - CMS - Blog - Artciles/Pages/Categories etc - Polls - RSS - Banners & managements - Affiliate facility - Multilanguage (at least 2 different languages) - Newsletter - Emails handling - Live Chat/help - A (mini) eshop connected with CC, Paypal and all other forms of electronic payments options. There will be around 5-10 products only. It should remember what the (loged in) user has already bought. - Payments with high security - User will be able to access different parts/pages/articles etc of the site depending on what products has bought.
