Ammendment to a Wordpress property website

1) a)I'd like the "display name publicly" field in the back end (WP Admin) to be the "company name (second option) by default. b)) on the commercial> to let page the thumbnails display "bedrooms" field instead of "property size" which it should be. As a result because of this the property size filter does not work. c) When you click on a property under "commercial> to let" under the "property information section it still displays "bedrooms" field when commercial properties should not display bedrooms. Also the category is selected as "rent - short term". The short term/accomodation heading is highlighted when this property is selected. d) when you click on the website link or "visit website" button from the Agent profile page, a new window should appear e) the "additional features" section of an ad should have less of a gap beneath the "property decription" section above. f) Each page should have only 10 items per page. g) I would like the counters which display the number of properties displayed by each registered agent to be fixed to show the correct number h) I would like the ad banner centralised. i) I would like the settings changed for the " latest properties" menu to list "Latest blog" posts instead. 2) The site is slow so I woud like to: enable WP Super Cache and enable GZip compression (i think this also enables images) 3) I would like for rotational ad banners to replace existing ones and have a vertical one added too. I would like users to be able to use thier facebook accounts to leave comments under blog posts. I would also like social network Icons to be added to main page and on listings. 4)I would like to have a google maps search filter incorporated into the search function so that when a property listing is added it can be filtered by somebody.
