Create a simple Wordpress plugin

I'm looking for a developer to develop a Wordpress plugin - the design and layout will be provided, you have to develop it. Basically, I would like the function of a like/dislike button with a counter of how many times it was liked/disliked. The owner can choose in the Wordpress admin panel for the buttons to appear automatically under the post title, at the end of the post, or to use a shortcode which they can copy and paste wherever they want, to use the buttons on pages, sidebars, etc. I've added an attachment as an example. The buttons should have some customization options, such as colors, background colors, custom images, etc. The owner should be able to rename Like/Dislike or even create more buttons such as "I don't know", what ever they wish. If the project goes well, we can discuss future widget projects.
