Seeking someone who can build a custom WordPress theme for our site based off of a design outline. It will need to be compatible with desktops, phone and tablets for viewing purposes. The site will be used primarily to house static information but we still want to make full use of blogging and social networking options. The theme will also need to be able to be used with a custom frame-work that is being built to redirect to our members area.
