I want an html form to be like the one that is imaged in the attachment. I want it to except an image from the user and send it to the server so that a PHP script would resize the image to 80 X 80 pixels and then send it back to the user. I expect bids to be around $300, won't except bids that are higher than $350. Payment will be trasfered after I am sure the program works. No milestones. Thank you and happy bidding.
