Addition of fields in spawned template (pdf) where fields are renamed with random numbers

Assume the following: pdf template has 4 fields named c.1, c.2, c.3, and c.4 A [login to view URL] app is run spawning a templates with values imported to fields. Fields are renamed in the process for multiple copies of template spawned. Field names are now: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] where x is a random number. Need script that can be place in text box on pdf that will add field values upon spawn taking into account the pure randomness of field names as described. **Other large projects planned depending on response on small project. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
