Application Send Fax

I need an application to send broadcast fax(doc or pdf document) to a big list of fax numbers (csv file). Application should run on PC with windows XP/Vista related to fax Exceptions should be cached : when sending fax is interrupted, this should be logged in a log file, and jump to next fax number.
